Booking Terms and Conditions
1) Once you have booked your seat you will automatically be transferred through to Stripe to make booking payment of £10.00. Your booking provides 1 seat for 1 person
2) All booking payments are non-refundable with the exception of if the event is cancelled by the organisers due to illness or circumstances outside of their control. In this instance a full refund of the booking payment will be made
3) If you are unable to attend the event, please let us know as soon as possible so someone else can be offered a seat. You can email us at hello@digitalmarketingunion.com
4) The information shared in this form will be passed onto the host of the event and where necessary, information may be passed onto the venue to inform them of meal choices/allergies etc. The information you share will only ever be used for the purposes of this event and won't be used for marketing purposes
5) Before the event we will be in touch with additional information including organising pre-orders, venue details and to confirm that you are still able to attend. If something isn't clear or you would like further information please email us at hello@digitalmarketingunion.com and we will do our best to help
6) We expect all attendees to follow the 3 guiding principles of the DMU Manifesto. So please be kind, be generous and be honest during the event
7) If there are instances of poor behaviour which either the venue, or the host finds to be unacceptable then you will be asked to leave. The hosts word is final
8) There will be photographs taken during the event for DMU's future marketing. These may be shared on our social media accounts, on this website and within the DMU Slack. If you'd prefer to not be included in any photos please let the host know
