I'm a digital strategy consultant, specialising in customer research and conversion optimisation.

Essentially, I make digital stuff work by talking to the people who will use it.

I started in tech back in 1999, running a small web design and development business. After that, I co-founded an online travel company, which I helped run for 10 years before leaving the day-to-day running of the business to become a Foster Dad to three incredible kids.
